I founded Women In Power on a simple belief, talented women don’t lack ability, they lack access. Access to the right rooms, the right partners and the right opportunities to turn ambition into results. WIP Network was built to change that. Today we are a community of more than 315 women, founders, executives, professionals and emerging leaders, based in the UAE and connected across the globe. What unites us is not only what we have achieved, but what we are building together.

My own career has been shaped in industries where women are still underrepresented. As Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of a group working in defence, manufacturing, and oil and gas, I have seen first-hand what happens when women lead with confidence and are given real responsibility. Performance improves, decisions get sharper and organisations grow stronger. I want every woman in our network to have that same chance to lead, influence and be heard.

At WIP, we focus on what moves careers and businesses forward: Meaningful connections with women who open doors, share knowledge and do business with one another. Visibility through our conferences, events and platforms, so that our members’ expertise is recognised where it matters. Growth through learning, mentorship and partnerships that turn ideas into opportunities. Influence, by bringing more women into executive and decision-making spaces across every industry. This is not just a network. It is a commitment to lifting each other up and building a stronger future for the women who come after us.

Whether you are starting your journey, scaling a business or leading at the highest level, there is a place for you here. I invite you to join us, contribute your voice and grow with a community that believes in your power. Together, we lead.
